Alex Lambrechts is a visual artist based in Antwerp, with a background in Communication Design and Fine Arts. Working across installation, scenography, printmaking and ceramics, their practice explores memory, sensory experience and forms of ecological interconnectedness. Through immersive and often tactile environments, Lambrechts creates work that dissolves distinctions among ego, body, and the living world.
Project
An interactive biomorphic installation set within the context of the UN Climate Change Conference. Nature has no seat at the negotiating table, while those with the power to act continue to delay change. Here, nature is no longer silent or pushed aside.
